Only 1 Delivery Charge Per Order There is only one delivery charge per order. It doesn't matter how many items you order. The delivery charge will be for the highest delivery band item in your order. Please see the examples below:

Important Information to Read About Delivery

• Deliveries normally occur between 9am and 5.30pm. Currently the exact timing of delivery cannot be specified, unless - by arrangement - you have specified a timed delivery (ie.before 10:00am).
  
  
• If your order is being delivered direct from our warehouse you will be contacted to arrange a time to receive your order.
  
  
• Please leave a day-time telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
  
  
• Working days are classified as Monday to Friday and exclude bank holidays.
  
  
• Saturday delivery is available at an additional cost, please see delivery charges and service. Sunday and Bank holiday delivery is not available.
  
  
• Unless otherwise stated, all deliveries will be made direct to your door. We are not responsible for any additional lifting or carrying of your goods.
  

Overseas Delivery

Deliveries for certain items can be arranged to overseas addresses (Europe, USA, Canada etc.) and we would be pleased to quote you for your exact requirements. We cannot ship Ceramic sinks or Fragranite sinks, doors, cabinets or appliances. We limit the shipping of other items to sinks, taps and items supplied boxed by the manufacturer. If in doubt, please check with us by e-mail, marking your enquiry EXPORT.
